ANPA STAFF

  • Chief Executive Officer

    Kathryn has been the CEO of ANPA since 2018. She is a former captain of the Australian Diamonds and has won two Commonwealth Games gold medals and two Netball World Cup gold medals. She is also a two-time premiership winning captain with the Adelaide Thunderbirds in the National League. Kathryn has previously worked as Commercial Manager at the Adelaide Crows and in sports broadcasting, and holds a Bachelor of Business from Adelaide University. She is originally from Adelaide, has lived in New Zealand, and now calls Melbourne home.

  • General Manager - Legal and Business Affairs

    Jess is an experienced lawyer and adviser in the sports industry. She was previously Senior Legal Counsel at the AFL Players’ Association and Senior Associate at Ashurst specialising in employment law. She is also an Ethics & Integrity Committee Member at Paddle Australia, a Tribunal Member at the Essendon District Football League and a Finance, Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee Member at Ladder. Jess holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne. She is originally from Perth and has now been living in Melbourne for over 15 years. 

  • General Manager - Athlete Wellbeing

    Sharyn has a rich background spanning athlete wellbeing, psychological support and tertiary education. She leads innovative initiatives that empower players to thrive both on and off the court. Sharyn holds a Master of Education from the University of Queensland, is currently completing an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Honours) at Adelaide University and is also a Career Practitioner with the Australian Institute of Sport. Based in Queensland, Sharyn is passionately committed to fostering holistic development, lifelong learning and meaningful transitions for high-performing athletes.

  • Athlete Wellbeing (Diamonds) and Alumni Manager

    Nat is a leadership, culture and wellbeing specialist with particular expertise in supporting athletes during and after their careers. She is a former captain of the Australian Diamonds and Adelaide Thunderbirds with two Netball World Cup gold medals, two Commonwealth Games silver medals and two National League premierships. Nat has over 20 years of experience across business, education, elite sport and health, and holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Flinders University. She is based in Adelaide.
